So, you've decided to sign up for Stardoll. Great! (: Now, you've got no clothes, no interior, no friends, your presentation is lame, and you don't know what to do. Well, I'm sure after a while you'll figure some, if not all, of it out. If you need help, keep on scrolling down until you find the section(s) of Stardoll. Hope this helps!
Making Friends and Becoming Popular
Well, as everyone knows, you start out only with Callie.Stardoll (Or whoever your Stardoll representative is for your nation). Go to their suite, and just write in their guestbook. Chances are someone will see what you posted and will likely visit your Suite. Also clicking on Broadcast messages, writing in their guestbook, or just adding them yourself.
Also always remember to e kind to other users. It would definitely help your reputation a lot. Also, don't be afraid to put someone down once in a while. ONLY once in a while, when your confident on what you're saying. For example; "aMy account is better then Callie.Stardoll's" never say that. It's never true and can make you look like a doofus. Stick to accounts of rude people, and noobs.
Clothes and Hotbuys
You probably won't have any Hotbuys unless you become a Superstar. You see, these are hard to find, and usually cost a whole lot. You are much better off just waiting. Not everything can be all yours as a non-superstar/royalty member who has just joined.
If you want, maybe someone will be willing to give you one cheap. (Chances are slim to none. Look for younger members who are more gullible)
Make-Up and Looking Pretty
If your MeDoll is ugly, no one is going to add you. We all have out own sense of style, but not on Stardoll. If you're planning on winning Covergirl and making it big, there's only one style: The 'StarStyle'. If you are having trouble figuring it out, visit ASB10's Stylist Studio.
